2013 the next step was to PwC Germany. Within Advisory I am part of the Management Consulting team, supporting customer oriented client projects (sales, service, marketing, incentive systems, customer strategy and centricity.
2011 I switched to J&M Management Consulting AG in Mannheim, into the Management Consulting - Marketing, Sales and Service team. With J&M I had the opportunity to work in several projects in different industries. Main focus topics hereby where pricing, services and sales processes. Projects took me to various places in Germany, but also Chicago, Cleveland and Vienna.
2010 I joined Peppers & Rogers Group in Heidelberg, Germany as an Analyst in consulting. PRG is a boutique consultancy focusing on customer centricity serving customers globally. Besides many research and support tasks around social media and emerging markets, I was part of two bigger project. First a Customer Experience Management Strategy for Etisalat, the predominant telecommunication provider in the United Arab Emirates. Second, was an pre-evaluation of processes and benefits for an ERP implementation at Egoplast in Moscow.
During my studies I was able to get insight in several local companies. The most influential experiences where: My first internship at La Biosthetique, Pforzheim (5 month, full time); A student job as assistant of the production manager of Kling GmbH, Pforzheim (1,5 years, part time); My second internship at the former DaimlerChrysler AG (6 months, full time) where I stayed further 6 months for my diploma thesis; My MBA-Thesis for the Federation of German Industries (BDI e.V.) and finally my first erxeriance as a freelancing consultant in the field of business process consulting and problem analysis.

» International History
Born in Pforzheim, Germany I moved to London, England with my family when I was five years old. We stayed there for five years before we came back and I proceeded school. 2005/2006 I studied for one semester at the California State University, Chico and was placed on the Deans Honors' List. In 2008 I studied at the ISCTE Business School of the Lisbon University. Between 2010 and 2014 various consulting projects to me to following places: Abu Dhabi and Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Bucarest, Bulgaria; Moscow, Russia; Chicago and Cleveland, USA; Vienna, Austria...

» Studies
I graduated from the technical grammar school in Pforzheim where I was educated in basic technical knowledge besides general knowledge. After that, I did my civil service transporting ill and disabeled people. In 2007 I finished my first academic degree (Diplom FH) in Business and Management Information Systems at Pforzheim University during which I spent one semester at the California State University, Chico. Within this time I focused on topics like: networks, databases, web- design, distributed systems, integrated systems (SAP), processes and their management, project management, software development methods and many topics more. Within several projects with local companies I could proof soft skills and take responsibility for small teams. After that I successfully accomplished the 'MBA in International Management' at Pforzheim University and a double degree cooperation with the ISCTE Business School, Lisbon for a 'MSc. in International Management'. My study focus during this time was: globalization, international business cultures, problem solving, governance, strategy, entrepreneurship and case studies.

    MBA/MSc. Thesis
My thesis was part of a BDI (Federation of German Industries) initiative to establish a governmental program to support German companies in the health sector build hospitals in developing countries and thereby give development aid and strengthen this industry. It also works towards the UN Millennium Development Goals. My part of the project was a comparison of the efforts of other countries. And even though my previous studies where never concerning the health sector this project had a strategic dimension which made it very interesting for me.
